Information For Conference Attendees

We're glad you're joining us for a conference this spring!
Attire
Attire for the conference is business casual. Please note - conference rooms tend to be on the cool side, so we strongly recommend that you bring along a light sweater or jacket to wear during the conference for your comfort.
Registration & Check-In
Pre-Registration / Check-In: This is a great way to "beat the crowd" and check-in early!
Orlando: March 8th 5:00 - 6:30 pm, “Registration South” near the Pacific Ballroom
Las Vegas: April 7th TBD
St. Louis: May 3rd TBD
Registration: If you checked in during Pre-Registration, it is NOT necessary to register again.
Orlando: March 9th 7:30 – 8:15 am, “Registration South” near the Pacific Ballroom
Las Vegas: April 8th 7:30 – 8:15 am, TBD
St. Louis: May 4th 7:30 – 8:15 am, TBD
ABC3 will begin both days promptly at 8:30 am. Sessions run both days from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Conference Materials
We will be providing all of the conference handouts online in an electronic format for our attendees. We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to review the information prior to the start of the conference. You will receive a secure link to download your handouts approximately one week prior to the start of your conference.
Special Dietary Requirements
If you have special dietary requirements, please email Julie Walker – jwalker@pwwemslaw.com and we will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you.
Conference Guest Passes Available!
If you are bringing a guest along to the conference, we have guest passes available for the great lunches! Guest passes are available for $25 per day. Passes may be pre-ordered by contacting our customer service department at 877-367-5291 or email CustomerService@pwwemslaw.com. Your passes will be available at the registration desk when you check in at the conference.
Information For Each Location ORLANDO - March 9 & 10 If you're joining us at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort Universal, you're in for a real treat! Don't forget - guests at the hotel have "Universal Express Ride Access" which gives you front-of-the line privileges at Universal Studios and Adventure Island. Also, if you booked through the ABC3 room block, each reservation receives a $20 resort credit to be used anywhere on property.
