General Policy. When you visit www.pwwemslaw.com, we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you specifically provide it to us. Your visit is logged by a statistics program, which keeps records of traffic on the site, as well as numerical counts of visitors by domain, URL, search engine, keywords used, and other standard web measurements.

EMS Law Bulletin Registration. If you choose to register for our EMS Law Bulletins, which are sent to our subscribers via e-mail, you need to supply us with certain required information, including your name, address, e-mail address and organization. We then send you e-mails regarding EMS law developments or PWW offerings on a periodic basis.  Each e-mail contains information on how to be removed from our lists. The information you give us is kept in a database not located on the web. We do not place any cookies on your computer in connection with our Bulletins registration.  Postings to our e-mail list can only be done by us, and recipients of our Bulletins cannot see the names of the other subscribers on the list.   We do not sell or give away our subscriber list for any purposes, and all e-mails you receive on this list will be exclusively from us.

On-Line Purchases and Seminar Registrations.  If you choose to purchase a product  from us through our website, and provide credit card information, this process is administered via our e-commerce vendor utilizing a secure web site.  Personally identifiable credit card information is not transferred to Page, Wolfberg & Wirth, LLC.  Should you choose to register online for one of our seminars, that process would also be handled utilizing a secure server.  Our vendors are subject to change. 

Your Consent. By using the Page, Wolfberg & Wirth, LLC web site, you consent to our use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time without advance notice. Should any new policy go into effect, we will post it on this site, and the policy will apply only to information collected thereafter.

No Attorney-Client Relationship.  The use of our web site does not give rise to an attorney-client relationship.  You should not send us any confidential or proprietary information unless and until we formally enter into an attorney-client relationship with you, which would require an Engagement Letter for that purpose.  Contact one of the firm’s attorneys for more information.
