Keri Nace is an Associate Attorney with Page, Wolfberg & Wirth, LLC (PWW), which represents ambulance services, municipalities, fire departments, hospitals and other EMS industry organizations on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.


She joined PWW in 2025 following more than a decade of service in state government, most recently with the Office of State Inspector General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. At PWW, Keri works with the firm’s clients on a wide range of legal issues impacting the EMS industry. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Keri earned her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2024, graduating magna cum laude.. She earned certificates in Advocacy, Administrative and Constitutional Law (with honors) and Environmental Law (with honors). Her achievements included the Distinguished Service Award, the Commonwealth Court Historical Society Judge Alexander F. Barbieri Award, the Outstanding Law and Government Student Award, the Pro Bono Distinction Award and several CALI® Excellence for the Future Awards.

Attending law school while holding down full-time employment, Keri was active in the law school community. She held leadership positions including Symposium Editor of the Law Review, Vice President of the Appellate Advocacy Honor Society, President of the Federalist Society and Command Staff for Spirit of Service. She served two years as a fellow to The Honorable Patrick J. Murphy and was a Student and Young Lawyer Liaison to the American Bar Association’s Administrative Law Section Council. Keri also participated in study abroad programs in Europe and Africa and served as an Academic Success Fellow, Research Assistant and Peer Mentor. She participated in numerous student organizations including the Environmental Law and Policy Society, Law and Government Student Society, Criminal Law Society and OUTLaw. She was consistently named to the Dean’s List, received a merit scholarship and was awarded the Page, Wolfberg & Wirth Emergency Services Scholarship twice. Her article, Expansion of Accessibility: A Survey of Alternatives v. Department of Human Services, was published in the Widener Commonwealth Law Review.

Keri earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude in 2003 from York College of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Criminal Justice.

Keri has deep roots in the EMS community, with over 20 years of combined career and volunteer experience. Her passion for public service began early; she spent her 16th birthday volunteering on an ambulance. Since then, she has expanded her response roles to include EMS, law enforcement, fire and rescue, hazardous materials response and critical incident stress management. She remains an active EMT and instructor. 

During her service in state government, Keri led investigations into waste, fraud, abuse and misconduct. Her prior work also focused on insurance fraud, accreditation and incident command.

Outside of her professional life, Keri enjoys dancing, attending concerts, kayaking, reading, traveling and volunteering. She actively supports a variety of nonprofit and community organizations, including the Civil War Dance Foundation, Harrisburg Scottish Country Dance Society, National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, Comfort Zone Camps, Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Duncannon Sportsmen’s Association and the Pennsylvania Wills for Heroes program.
